Important Notice
The Royal Hawaiian in accordance with a recently passed Hawaii state law, will enforce a non-smoking policy in all
guest rooms, including lanais, restaurants, lounges, lobby, pools, public areas and meeting room. A designated smoking
area will be provided.
Note: The hotel will assess a $200 reconditioning fee to guests if smoke is detected upon check-out. This fee
is to cover the cost of deep cleaning required to restore the room back to its non-smoking condition.
*** NOTICE***
The Royal Hawaiian will close its doors June 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 for a complete restoration project.
The hotel plans on re-opening Jan 20, 2009 as one of the world's elite collection of hotels for luxury and romance.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
made within 3 days prior to arrival, no-shows and early departures incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties.

Cancels on/after November 1, 2008 will incur a 2 night
penalty plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Dec 26, 2008 - Jan 3, 2009)

Name changes will not be accepted within 10 days prior to arrival
