Passports are Mandatory for Bride and Groom
Tourist card
Final records of divorce (records must be translated into Spanish and attached with an Apostille. An Apostille is obtained
by the Secretary of State of United States and required by Mexican authorities.)
Death Certificate (if widowed)
Blood test (Must be done at the hotel and paid directly to the Doctor. Fees are around $140 per couple)
Four witnesses (Passport or ID and tourist card required).
Grand Xcaret staff can serve as witnesses for an additional fee.
All necessary paper work is handled directly by the wedding coordinator. A minimum of 3 business days notice to complete all
formalities.
Bride, groom and witnesses are required to be at the hotel 3 business days prior to the ceremony.
The wedding will not be performed unless all documents are in order (no exceptions).
All documents become property of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
