RESORTQUEST Mahana at Kaanapali has a non-smoking policy in all sleeping rooms.
At the time of check in, guests are required to sign a nonsmoking acknowledgment form, which states that "smoking
is not allowed anywhere in the unit including the lanai." Note: If there is any odor of smoke detected in the unit on the
day of departure a fee of $250.00 will be charged to guest’s portfolio.
Smoking is permitted in any open air area on property.
