Renovations/Important Information:
RENOVATION ADVISORY
The OUTRIGGER Reef on the Beach will be undergoing intense renovations to the lobby area now through the end of
Spring 2009. Renovations will take place in phases and efforts will be made to minimize disturbance to guests. Hotel will
be installing a new front desk and will be doing construction on restaurants and shops located in the lobby area. Construction
work may be visible or heard from the guest rooms or pool area. Work is not continual and guests should check with the hotel
prior to departure for specific renovation work being done during their stay.
PACIFIC TOWER RENOVATIONS
The Pacific Tower is undergoing renovations through late Spring 2009. Work will be completely confined to the
Pacific Tower which will be closed during this period. Renovation work (any noise or visible work) will take place Monday
- Friday from 9am-5pm. Common areas such as the Lobby, Pool, Spa, Fitness Center and all Restaurants will remain open
and may be affected by work within the Pacific Tower. Guest inconvenience will be kept to a minimum and the newly renovated
Ocean Tower and Diamond Head Tower will remain open with no renovations taking place within those buildings.
PORT COCHERE AND FRONT DRIVEWAY PROJECT
Effective November 6, 2007 thru February 2009, the Port Cochere and Front Driveway will have renovation work taking
place.

Clients attending a convention at this hotel may not use this package for

Student and young adult groups (ages 22 and under) will only be accepted with prior written authorization
by Outrigger.
