Important Advisory
Hotel is smoke-free. All areas under roof including rooms, room patios/terraces or Lanai, restaurants, lounges and public
areas are smoke-free. The hotel does offer designated outdoor smoking areas.
PROPERTY ENHANCEMENT OF BUNGALOWS
In order to provide more suite options at the resort, an additional 20 parlors between select existing bungalows will
be added. This will increase the number of suites from 31 to 51. Work will be incremental and isolated to specific sets
of bungalows on this 32 acre ocean front resort. The resort anticipates minimal disturbance to guests. Unless otherwise
specified, all other areas of the resort will be fully operational, including pools, sports club and spa, and restaurants.
The property enhancements will be done in phases and work times may vary.
Phase 1 starts in April 2008 and will continue thru end of 2008.

The Spa at Hualalai Sports Club and Spa will be closed from Sep 1, 2008 - Dec 19, 2008. A bungalow will be used as an interim
spa facility. The cardiovascular room, weight room and lap pool will be operational.
Work on both projects will take place Monday thru Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. There will be suitable fencing blocking the
construction areas. Some noise can be expected, however, minimal disruption is anticipated to guests due to they will
not be placed near work areas if at all possible. However, this will depend on occupancy levels.

GOLF COURSE AERIFICATON NOTICE
In order to maintain the highest quality on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the greens will be undergoing aerification
during the dates noted below (subject to change). The golf course will remain open for play, however playing condition
will not be at their prime. Recovery period is 7-10 days.

GOLF COURSE CLOSURE
The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Hualalai will be closed for PGA Golf Tournament from January 20, 2009 - January
25, 2009.
