Room amenities include TV with on-command
movies & games, DVD player, fully stocked mini-bar, air conditioning, ceiling fan, separate shower and deep soaking
tub, twin basins, hairdryer, illuminated make-up mirror, terry robes, in-room safe, CD player, coffee maker with Kona coffee
beans, iron/ironing board, Internet access, private lanai. One roll-away, toddler bed or crib is provided at no charge, subject
to availability and needs to be requested at time of booking.
Children Policy: Children 17 years of age and under are complimentary when sharing a room with parents except on the
Club floor where there is a charge for ages 5-17 years.
Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 3 adults is allowed per guest room, Four Seasons Executive Suite and 1 Bedroom Suite.
If 3 adults occupy a room, a child will not be allowed as the 4th person. For families, a maximum of 4 is allowed, 2 adults
and 2 children 17 years and under and subject to bedding availability.
Rooms are about the same size (600 square feet) including private lanai or terrace. Hotel is U-shaped and the difference
between categories and rates are the view from the room and location within the building. Connecting rooms exist in all
regular room categories except Oceanview Prime. Connectors are very limited (2 sets) in Gardenview and Club Floor Oceanview.
The majority of connecting rooms are in the Oceanview category.
Mountainside - Spacious Mountainside Rooms are situated in the back side of the U-shaped Resort facing
the parking area, Wailea golf course and the main Wailea Alanui road. One full marble bathroom. 1 king bed or 2 twin beds.
Gardenview - These spacious guest rooms overlook the Resort's large sculpture garden and other
landscaped fountain and garden areas. The lower level Gardenview Rooms provide access to the beautifully landscaped gardens
via a walkout lanai. 1 king or 2 double beds or 2 twin beds.
Partial Oceanview - Angled towards the ocean in the rear portion of the U-shaped resort, these spacious
guest rooms provide a partial view of the ocean from a private, furnished lanai. King or 2 double beds or two twin beds.
Oceanview - Angled towards or facing the ocean from the rear portion of the Resort, these spacious
guest rooms provide ocean views from a private, furnished lanai. King size bed or two double beds or two twin beds.
Oceanview Prime - Angled towards the ocean from the forward portion of the Resort, these spacious
guest rooms provide a superb ocean view from its private furnished lanai. Location: 5th, 6th, and 7th floors. King size bed
or two double beds.
Oceanview Club Room - Situated on the Resort's top floor of the South Tower, spacious Club Ocean
View Rooms provide a high-elevation view of the ocean from private, furnished lanais. Guests have access to the private Club
Floor with special Club services and amenities. Accessed by private elevator key, the exclusive Club Floor Lounge serves
day-long refreshments, elaborate cold buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks, evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvre
(Hawaiian "pupus"), and after-dinner liqueurs and desserts. Club Floor concierge service includes private Club
Floor check-in, check-out and a dedicated Club concierge staff. The oversized marble bathroom features a double-sink vanity,
separate shower and deep soaking tub. Location: 8th floor. King size bed or two double beds or two twin beds.
Four Season Executive Suite Gardenview/Partial Oceanview - Measuring 830 to 865 square feet, these
suites feature a living area and a dining area that seats 4 guests, make these ideal for business or personal entertaining;
the suites also have oversized, comfortably furnished lanais. The oversized marble bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub,
separate shower and double sink basin. King bed.
Executive Suite Oceanview/Oceanview Prime - Located on the upper floors of the Resort, these Four
Seasons Executive Suites measure 830 to 850 square feet. These suites also have oversized, comfortably furnished lanais (2,
on request basis). The oversized marble bathroom features a double-sink vanity, separate shower and deep soaking tub.
One Bedroom Gardenview Suite - 1 Bedroom Suites have a separate large living room and sleeping area,
making them ideal for small families or personal entertaining. These elegant suites provide views of the beautifully landscaped
Resort gardens. Located on the Resort's 3rd and 4th floors, 1 Bedroom Suites measure 1,400 square feet. The spacious
master bedroom includes a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area.
One Bedroom Partial Oceanview Suite - Located on the 4th-7th floors of the Resort, the suites measure
1,000 square feet. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area.
One Bedroom Oceanview Suite - These elegant suites provide an angled view of the Pacific Ocean. 1
Bedroom Suites have a separate large living room and sleeping area - making them ideal for small families or personal entertaining.
One Bedroom Oceanview Prime Suite - Located on the 7th floor of the Resort, the suites measure 1,400
square feet. A large living room and dining area includes a private bar and stereo system. The spacious master bedroom has
a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area. Full marble master bathroom includes deep soaking tub and separate
shower; guest powder room with shower.
One Bedroom Oceanfront Suite - These elegant suites directly overlook the beach and the Pacific Ocean.
1 Bedroom Suites feature a separate large living room and sleeping area.
One Bedroom Oceanfront Prime Suite - These elegant suites offer the best views of the beach and the
Pacific Ocean of all the Resort's standard 1 Bedroom Suites. Ocean Front Prime Suites measure 1,400 square feet. The
spacious master bedroom has a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area.
One Bedroom Oceanfront Deluxe Suite - Measures 1,800 square feet. A luxurious living room features
an entertainment unit with TV, VCR and stereo system; the dining area features a private bar. The spacious master bedroom
has a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area. The oversized marble bathroom features a deep soaking tub
and separate WC; there is a guest powder room with shower off the foyer.
One Bedroom Lokelani Suite - Measures 1,800 square feet. The living area includes a sitting area and
dining area with private bar. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area. The marble
master bathroom features a deep soaking tub with whirlpool and large shower for two; plus guest powder room with shower.
Two Bedroom Partial Oceanview Suite - These elegant suites provide a partial view of the Pacific
Ocean. Suites feature a separate large living room and sleeping area. Located on the 4th to 7th floors of the Resort. The
spacious master bedroom has a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area. In addition to the living area,
there is a dining area that seats 4 guests, making these suites most popular with families and couples desiring separate
living and bedroom areas. They face the Grand Wailea Resort and the beach access drive between the 2 hotels. One full marble

Two Bedroom Oceanview Suite - These elegant suites provide an angled view of the Pacific Ocean. Suites
have a separate large living room and sleeping area. Located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Resort, Ocean View Suites measure
2,000 square feet. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area. One full
bathroom per bedroom, plus guest powder room with shower. Two king beds or one king bed and two twin beds.
Two Bedroom Oceanview Prime Suite - These elegant suites provides an exceptional view of the ocean
located on the higher floors and also overlooking the sculpture garden. Located on the 7th floor of the Resort. A large
living room and dining area includes a private bar and stereo system. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, extensive

Maile Suite/Presidential - Measuring 5,000 square feet, this luxurious 3 bedroom suite (each with
a private entrance) boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and 6 connecting lanais that front the Pacific Ocean and long, golden
sand beach. The living area offers a formal living room with separate TV area and office complete with a computer with high-speed
Internet access. Entertainment amenities include 50-inch flat-screen television with DVD player, stereo with CD player,
and a music and movie library. An elegant dining room seats 10 and features an adjoining butler's kitchen. Each bedroom
has a comfortable seating area with 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player, furnished lanai, and private entrance. The marble
master bathroom has a deep soaking tub with whirlpool and a separate eucalyptus rain shower; there is a guest powder room
located off the foyer.
