Renovations/Important Information:
RENOVATION INFORMATION
Beginning June 2008 a two-phase beautification and renovation project will take place at the property in the West
Tower (Phase One) and then the East Tower, Lobby and Public Areas (Phase Two). Each tower should take approximately nine
months to complete and will be constructed individually to prevent any inconvenience to hotel guests. Guests will be accommodated
in the alternate tower during renovations.
Work will take place Monday thru Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm with all work being interior. Noise is not anticipated
to be a factor to guests because all the work is interior.
Phase One:
This phase will begin June 2008 on the West Tower and is anticipated to be completed Spring 2009.
Phase Two:
This phase will begin Spring 2009 on the East Tower, Lobby and Public Areas and is anticipated to be completed end
of year 2009.
