Effective Immediately the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort will be collecting a Resort Fee $12.95 plus tax, per room, per
day. The Resort Fee is not included in package and will be billed to guests at check-out..
Effective Jan 3, 2008 and beyond Resort Fee is included in rates for Domestic bookings, but rate is not included for
International bookings and will still be payable by guest directly to the hotel.

extra), in-room high speed internet, Manager's Cocktail Hour nightly from 5:00pm - 6:00pm, Polynesian Dance Show/Torchlighting

Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties.

Cancellations
made Nov 15, 2008 thru Nov 29, 2008 and Nov 15, 2009 thru Nov 29, 2009 will incur a 2 night penalty, plus tax and applicable
product penalties. (Dec 23, 2008 - Jan 2, 2009)(Dec 23, 2009 - Jan 4, 2010)
Cancellations made Nov 30, 2008 thru
Jan 2, 2009 and Nov 30, 2009 thru Jan 4, 2010 will incur a FULL STAY penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties.

Early check-outs incur a $50.00 penalty payable to the
hotel directly. If the guest checks out earlier than scheduled, the guest will be assessed a one-time fee of $50.00. Guest
will be advised of the penalty at time of check-in and asked to confirm their check-out date. If the check-out date is changed
at time of check-in, there will be no penalty. Any changes to the departure date after check-in will result in the $50 Early
Check-Out Fee being assessed to the guest.
No-shows incur the same penalty as cancellations.
HOLIDAY CANCEL PENALTY APPLIES WHEN ANY PORTION OF RESERVATION FALLS UNDER THE HOLIDAY PERIOD,
