 | The rooms are spread around the pool area and all face
the white sands and clear waters of lovely Maroma Beach. The hotel consists of 72 Beach Front rooms. The rooms were designed
in a contemporary Caribbean décor, combining traditional local and modern materials for an atmosphere of natural relaxation.
Each room comes with a romantic four post bed and solid wooden furniture that showcase the skill of local craftsmen.
All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, four
post king size beds, private bath, shower, LCD satellite TV, DVD/CD player, mini-bar, coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit
box, iron and ironing board, telephone, and have either an oversized balcony or veranda with hammocks and chairs and breathtaking
views of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.
The wooden balconies
and verandas are perfect for a morning coffee before an active day or for a relaxing hammock afternoon.
All rooms are smoke free, but smoking is allowed in open air areas.

of it’s restaurants and bars, you’d think it’s a large hotel, not a boutique resort with 72 rooms. We are
particularly proud of our cuisine offerings. Especially since one of the most popular activities in this area is Deep Sea
fishing, we can prepare your catch of the day in a variety of way by any of the restaurants. You may choose between International,
Italian and Oriental.
Breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Dinner from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM
A fun and creative twist on Mexican and Caribbean specialties, Sabores offers a la carte power breakfast to prepare you
for a day of adventures on the water, as well as traditional Mexican breakfast, and a variety of tropical fruits is part of
our daily selection.
Lunch options consist of fresh hearty salads, tropical ceviches, Chef’s grill specialties
and daily selections from the ocean.
A daily changing dinner menu includes a wide variety of lobster and seafood
dishes for those who appreciate gourmet seafood. Our chef uses the latest culinary techniques from the Mexican, Italian, Fusion,
Thai, Spanish and French cuisine to make every bite a memorable experience.
Dinner from 6PM to 9:30PM
Takai restaurant embodies the mystical combination of ocean and sky. Following
the Asian saying “Where the sea meets the sky a unique heaven arises,” Takai is a unique dining experience of
Asian-inspired cuisine served in creative ways. Sushi, sashimi, pot stickers, dumplings, Chinese fondues and other succulent
main courses are enjoyed in this heavenly beach front setting.
Dinner from 6PM to 9:30PM
Il Pescatore. “The Fisherman,” is quite a fitting name for one of our
restaurants. It offers intimate Italian dining with a traditional culinary approach. The gastronomic offerings include inspired
cuisine from Italy’s sunny coastal and island areas. A variety of dishes include Ocean Fresh Fish Carpaccios, Frutti
di Mare and exquisite Pasta combinations and other plates with authentic ingredients are served in a relaxing and romantic
atmosphere.
Open from 8AM to 8PM
Pelicanos is our ocean front bar. Here you may enjoy drinks in the pool, around the
pool or on our signature bar swings. It’s a great place to sip a tropical drink, frosty Mexican beer, cheladas or a
healthy energizing drink while enjoying the soothing view of the bay in a laid back Mexican Caribbean atmosphere.
Open from 4PM to 1AM
Rick’s Place is the right spot to savor a cool beverage with friends, while reminiscing
the day’s fishing or exploration activities or shooting a game of pool. This ocean front bar offers a wide selection
of international premium brands and a spectacular sunset.
