Fantino offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine in a classical European ambiance.
The elegant dining room's vibrant artwork and hand-painted ceiling frescos are complemented by views of the Caribbean
and live piano music. Fantino is a perfect setting for a refined dining experience with exceptional wines and the finest service.

The Caribe Bar & Grill
The hotel’s most casual restaurant, The
Caribe Bar & Grill, is located poolside overlooking the beach. Open daily for lunch, The Caribe Bar & Grill offers
Caribbean specialties, tropical drinks and live Mexican music.

Casitas offers 16 private oceanside cabanas and a menu featuring grilled prime cuts, seafood and salads. Guests enjoy romance
as they dine under the stars in their own cabana. Dining service from Casitas is also provided in the lively atmosphere of
our adjacent oceanfront terrace.

In a casually elegant
setting, The Lobby Lounge offers an array of dining and entertainment experiences. The Sushi & Seafood Bar features a
light selection of ceviches and sushis. At The Dance Floor, guests can listen to live music every evening. The Terrace is
