The Level Floor - One of the most exciting additions to Me Cancun are the two Top floors, called "The Level",
entirely dedicated to meeting the discerning needs and tasting of the guests. Tantalizing bedding and energizing bathroom
amenities plus a Vibe and Experience Manager.
Experience Manager - The complexity of the "Experience Equation" (The Music, The Physical, And The Intangible)
demands the presence of a "Master of Ceremony" in the Me Cancun. This special individual understands the vision
and is capable of masterfully orchestrating the factors above. Some define it the Director of Culture, others the Brand Ambassador,
we call it the Experience Manager. The Experience Manager is responsible for contacting guests prior to arrival to ensure
that their stay will be stress and effort-free and caters to guests every whim for the duration of their stay. Conducts a
daily walk-through to build rapport, assesses guest satisfaction, develops relationships and promotes repeat guest business.
Evaluates and adjusts overall guest experiences, listens to comments, criticism and feedback, based on interaction with
guests in lobby, bar, and public areas, to gain an understanding of strength and opportunity to improve personal/hotel performance.
Resolves and responds pro-actively to any guest needs that have arisen and is always looking to fulfill guests expectations.
Inspects public areas a minimum of 3 times per day monitoring music, video, temperature, lighting, and scents. Makes alterations
as needed, also inspects the product (rooms, outlets, amenities) to ensure adherence to standards. Reviews and develops guest
history records to enhance personalized service for repeat guests. Coordinates daily VIP requirements, including list distribution,
room inspections, amenity placement, welcome letters, gifts, guest escorts and more.
The Living Room - The Living Room located on the 10th floor, is a private lounge that offers private check-in and
check-out, and also serves as the social center of The Level where guests can relax and enjoy signature cocktails, continental
breakfast, a state-of-the-art home theater, computer work stations, wireless Internet service and a personal Experience
Manager.
Deluxe Lagoon View - Two double beds or one king size bed in 414-square-foot room. Maximum Occupancy:
3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults & 1 child.
The Level Room - One king size bed in 529-square-foot room with lagoon view. Also, priority reservations
made at spa and restaurants, Experience Manager service, The Level Lounge access, aromatherapy menu, and Bali beds reservation.

The Level Ocean - One king size bed in 529-square-foot room with ocean view. Also, priority reservations

The Level Suite - Two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the second one with two double beds, in
1282-square-foot room with terrace and ocean view. Two full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, couch, coffee table, arm chairs,
end tables, dining room, and 1 side table with two chairs. Also, priority reservations made at spa and restaurants, Experience
Manager service, The Level Lounge access, aromatherapy menu, and Bali beds reservation. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults or 2
adults and 2 children or 3 adults & 1 child.
Premium Ocean View - Two double beds or one king size bed in 414-square-foot room with ocean view.

Luxury Ocean Front - Two double beds or one king size bed in 414-square-foot room with ocean view.

Loft Suite - One king size bed in 413-square-foot room with 161-square-foot terrace and ocean view.

menu, and Bali beds reservation. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults.
Passion Suite - A 525-square-foot room with 161-square-foot terrace and ocean view. Also, priority
reservations made at spa and restaurants, Experience Manager service, The Level Lounge access, Jacuzzi, aromatherapy menu,
signature beach club party access, and Bali beds reservation. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults.
