Hotel Cancellation Policy Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival
will incur a $300.00 per room penalty and applicable product penalties.
No shows will incur a $500.00 per room
penalty and applicable product penalties. Early departures will incur a Full Stay penalty and applicable product penalties.
Spring 2007 - For reservations made through January 15, 2007 - February 28, 2007 for travel
April 09, 2007 - June 20, 2007 a non-refundable deposit is required. Blackout dates apply. Full booking price is non-refundable
on February 28, 2007.
Fall 2007 - For reservations made through February 18, 2007 - April
30, 2007 for travel August 15, 2007 - November 30, 2007 a non-refundable deposit is required. Blackout dates apply. Full booking
price is non-refundable on April 30, 2007.
Winter 2007 - For reservations made through
May 14, 2007 - July 31, 2007 for travel December 1, 2007 - December 24, 2007 and January 2, 2008 - January 31, 2008 a non
re-fundable deposit is required. Blackout dates apply. Full booking price is non-refundable on July 31, 2007.
Name
changes are not allowed after initial booking is confirmed. No single occupancy. Not combinable with free night
stays.
Spring Break Policies: Groups must have resorts approval before confirmation.
A $250 security deposit is required for guests under the age of 21. This security deposit will be collected at time of check
in. Quad occupancy is not available. The minimum age is 18 years old for the period of March 1, 2007 - May 30, 2007 unless
otherwise accompanied by an adult of 21 years of age and older. See Check in/Check Out Information for standard age requirements
for all other dates.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals. Room taxes are included in package price.
